HEART In Hand Outreach

Come and support our Central Valley PTA Council's HEART In Hand Outreach, which supports our CVSD's students and families that find themselves in temporary or transitional housing. Our Outreach has helped families obtain permanent housing, propane for heat, Christmas gifts and many necessary household items, just to name a few things.
