Zome Design charges taxes for any state in which it has a physical
presence. The current Tax rate for such states will apply. No sales tax on
orders shipped to states where we have no physical presence. Other taxes may
apply to countries outside the US.

Gift Certificates:

How do I order a Zome Design online gift certificate?
Online gift certificates are available for use exclusively on any Zome
affiliate site. They are issued in increments ranging from $25.00 U.S.D. up
to $500.00 U.S.D. With our thousands of items to choose from, online gift
certificates make great and unique gifts for clients, friends and family.
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.


How do I redeem an online gift certificate?

Redeeming an online gift certificate is easy! Just follow these simple
steps:

Visit our website at www.estoresbyzome.com
Select an item you would like to purchase and click on "Add to Cart."
When you are satisfied with your order, click "Check Out."
Enter gift certificate validation number on the "Payment" page in the "Gift
Certificate Number" entry field.
Complete the check-out process. The gift certificate will be deducted
automatically from the total amount of your order.

Where is my order?

Your order is in one of three stages:
Pending
Your purchase is pending review by zomeapparel.com
In process
Your purchase at zomeapparel.com is in the process of
being received and decorated (if applicable).
Complete
Your item has been shipped.

Can I track my order?

Not at this time. Please contact customer service at 888-501-5510 for tracking information if your order status shows complete and it has been more than 3 days.

How do I return an item?

Zome Design offers a wide range of custom made products. Therefore, no product returns are permitted unless there is a manufacturer's defect or production error. No returns after 30 days, for any reason. It is our pleasure to continue to be able to offer you an unparalleled selection of custom made apparel. Can I cancel my order?

We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not shipped.

Our Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8
a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.


Why didn't I receive an email confirmation of my order?

The email address provided with your order may have been misspelled or
invalid. You may need to add
orders@zomeapparel.com to your
accepted list of email addresses. Verify that your firewall or spam filter
will allow correspondence from (order confirm email address here).

How long will it take to get my order?

Once a product is released to the delivery agent and your status is complete,
you will receive your package in approximately 1-5
business days.

Does Zome Design ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on one order?

Not at this time.

What shipping methods does Zome Design use?

Zome Design provides various shipping methods. Most merchandise is
delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Others may arrive
via  package carriers such as UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express).
These carriers deliver your merchandise directly to your door.

Collection of Personal Information

Zome Design will not sell or rent your data (e-mail, contact info, etc.) to any 3rd party company. We may from time to time e-mail you an exclusive offer for discounts and promotions for the online store that you have bought from. These are targeted campaigns generally offering  promo codes or announcements.
